Brian, you've been "our rock". We would not have been able to get this far without your expertise or guidance. Remember, we started working with you in 2004 when we were first forming our concept, and every step has been a pleasure. Never once did we feel as though our questions were misdirected, or unworkable. You found the answers and helped us figure out how to make our vision a reality. We contacted many suppliers in our area, on the web, and around the country...none compared in service or price. There is no other designer or supplier we would use, in the present or the future.

Over a period of nine months we struggled with a malfunctioning ♦♦♦♦ machine that we had purchased new through your company. Instead of contacting you we relied on the local ♦♦♦♦ service/distributor to find and correct the problem(s). They were unsuccessful and the fact is we had become very concerned about their negative attitude towards our complaints and the value of our business. They tried to blame us for their inadequacies and then tried to up sell us into a larger machine at 3 times the cost! The fact was the machine either was not repaired or could not be repaired.
We contacted you and it was you that made things happen. We will be ever grateful for your trust in us. Due to a lot of time spent on your part and defending us to the ♦♦♦♦ management you succeeded to have the old "lemon" machine removed and replaced with a brand new identical model at zero cost to us. Thankfully the new machine has been a pleasant surprise and exactly what you had promised when we ordered the original machine. First of all, thank so much for being so patient and able to make all the changes so diligent. Even though, I realized one thing very important that the kitchen ended wall by floor mop sink needs to move up about 4 feet because that the walkway to the back door. In this case the front area will advance another 4?. I would appreciate if you could make the changes.
