Deli display cases move product
A woman strolls toward the exit of the local mall after a long day of shopping and casually glances in the direction of a new diner. She is feeling a bit peckish, but she doesn't know anything about this restaurant. Reluctant to approach, she slows for a longer look into throught the glass displays from her vantage point in the mall plaza. The deli display cases look downright abused: The glass on a pastry display case is fogged and one of the door handles is broken; the case light is dim and flickers. The woman silently wonders if the refrigeration even works properly. "Oh, well," she thinks, "I can't tell what's in the case anyway. I'll just pick up a burger on the drive home."
Odds are, dozens of scenarios just like this one play themselves out every day. If potential customers can't see what scrumptious goodies you have set out for them, they are not likely to go out of their way to investigate further, and therefore, not likely to buy. How would this scenario have ended with new or pristine used display cases from The Perfect Fit restaurant equipment supply?
Like new, used display cases
A hungry shopper steals a quick glance on her way past a new diner in the mall. "Is that a canolli?" she asks herself. "Oooh, it is, and it looks really good. Maybe I'll grab one - and one of those croissant sandwiches - for the ride home."
In the split second it took this shopper to peek at the deli display cases, a sale was made. Though the owner bought used display units, he bought quality equipment from a trusted contractor. He got a good price for attractive displays and nearly doubled his foot traffic. It's amazing how one smart purchase can potentially make or break a small business.
