PROJECT MANUAL
Those Customers who take advantage of our Design Services will receive four (4) copies of a Project Manual similar to the example below. One copy is for the customer, one for the contractor, one for the city/county Plan Check Department, and one for the local Health Department. They will be complete with the necessary equipment information to obtain approvals by authorities and supply electrical, plumbing and engineering information. It is essential that all project partners be working from the same set of information or serious and costly errors are certain to burden the owner.
