Start-up Project:
These are the most challenging in securing financing for the foodservice industry. If the applicant has foodservice experience as well as good credit and an asset portfolio, partial to full financing may be obtained. The Perfect Fit works with finance companies that specialize in start-up projects and have a "successful" history in securing the needed financing for start-ups.
Add-on Project:
These projects are much easier for our clients to secure financing. The main qualifier is "over two years in business". Of course, good credit will deliver the best rates and bad credit can present obstacles. It's only to our benefit that you find the best rates with the least hassle. We can help.
