Brian, you've been "our rock". We would not have been able to get this far without your expertise or guidance. Remember, we started working with you in 2004 when we were first forming our concept, and every step has been a pleasure. Never once did we feel as though our questions were misdirected, or unworkable. You found the answers and helped us figure out how to make our vision a reality. We contacted many suppliers in our area, on the web, and around the country...none compared in service or price. There is no other designer or supplier we would use, in the present or the future.

The 2nd equipment package has arrived and is great. It will make life easier. I still don't understand how you make money on the deal as you are consistently less expensive than everyone else and that includes shipping costs!
