What do you mean "FREE" Customer Floorplan Design Services?
If our client asks us to prepare their facility floor plan, equipment fixture schedule, equipment quotation, supply equipment cut sheets and Project Books a $1,650.00 "DEPOSIT" is required. Nine out of ten clients using our services purchase their equipment package through The Perfect Fit USA. Their $1,650.00 deposit is credited to their invoice and therefore the valuable services received are free! If our clients wish to purchase equipment only and benefit from our competitive pricing, of course, there are no service deposits required.

What kind of stores do you specialize in?
We are uniquely experienced in most all QSR programs and regularly work with bakeries, deli, espresso, confectionary, pizza, ice cream, chicken, and Mexican as well as full service restaurants. Due to the explosion of gelaterias (gelato ice cream) within the last few years, our experience in the frozen dessert industry qualified us to be most capable in servicing that niche market. Our added value is our expertise in effectively blending the other related profit centers into the concept such as espresso coffee programs, pastry, deli, and panini sandwiches.
Why do you also feature convenience stores?
We supply convenience stores with the entire inside equipment package as we do for food service and have been doing so for years. Our unique food service expertise is attractive to our clients as it helps them blend their QSR (quick serve restaurant) programs into their stores.
Can we just buy equipment from The Perfect Fit USA without services?
Of course. The equipment you decide on will be delivered and installed wherever and whenever you choose (subject to availability).
Who are your competitors?
Actually, we are not aware of another company that does all that we do. Neither are our clients. Of course, there are companies that will provide a CAD drawing and submit a proposal, but it will be limited mainly to the equipment lines they distribute. Due to your good fortune and the alignment or the stars, they'll conclude this equipment is best suited for your needs. The remaining facility equipment is often vague in recommendation and suggested to be "purchased locally". They often have limited experience with manufacturers outside their limits. Please be aware; "all foodservice equipment" within a new project must be NSF or ETL approved or you won't open with the use of that equipment.
Will we need an architect with your service?
If your local authority requires your plans to be signed off by a State licensed architect, then you will. These requirements vary from State to State and County to County. If you do need an architect, we will work with them in providing the floor plan. This will be a huge savings to you as the architect's time is very expensive. Frankly, they usually know little about foodservice design and welcome the assistance. As we receive architects' plans we're routinely surprised as to how limited their foodservice knowledge is.
