A flavor is defined as one standard 5 liter pan. Single compressor on Models 6 & 9 - 2 compressors on model 12. Pans are at additional charge. (shown with 24 flavors and with the brilliant aluminum finish) The Gelatoshow series combines style with high quality and dependability. As you can see, the entire gelato well is transparent including the pans. What a show! The Gelatoshow is available as a 12 flavor, 16 flavor, 18 flavor, 20 flavor, 24 flavor, 30 flavor, 36 flavor case, and matching pastry display. A flavor is defined as one standard 5 liter pan. Forced air refrigeration case from the rear to front (allows piling of product) Standard with pans, thermal pane glass, retractable night blinds, defoggers, reverse cycle defrost, and special order choice of colors; metallic gray, titanite red, metallized red, opal green, pearlized orange, metallic blue, metallic pale blue, pearlized night blue, pearized beige, metallic yellow. The Smart case style comes in three sizes; model 2.3 = 6 ea. 4 liter pans or 4 ea. 5 liter pans, model 2.5 = 10 ea. 4 liter pans or 7 ea. 5 liter pans, and model 2.8 = 16 ea. 4 liter pans or 11 ea. 5 liter pans. All models have lower pan storage. These units use recirculating refrigeration with auto defrost and are standard with casters.

Ventura XP-45
These Samoa cases combine style, dependability, and economy with a narrow depth (24.75"). They are available as a 4+4 flavor (model Samoa 4) or 6+6 flavor (model Samoa 6), a 7+7 flavor (model Samoa 7), and a 9+9 flavor gelato/ice cream case using standard 5 liter pans or 4.75 liter pans. NOTE: All Samoa models feature a lower level for pan storage equal to the display level's capacity. Standard with pans (both levels), short casters, revolving ventilated refrigeration, hot gas defrost, curved glass front display, poly rear access doors... just plug it in and start selling gelato! Samoa 4 - Samoa 6 - Samoa 7
These are affordable cases that employ a combination of static refrigeration and gentle air flow. One would describe their refrigeration as between a chest freezer (dipping cabinet) and a full sized display cabinet with revolving ventilated refrigeration.
