These are two of many super automatic models. Super automatic is defined as a completely automatic one step (push button) process in preparing your espresso drink including milk steaming (lattes, etc.). These are automatic cleaning models as well. The 2500i (left) is designed for self-serve customer use. The model 2500s is designed for behind the counter coffee caffe applications. The 2500s will make up to 30 different espresso drinks at the press of a button. Both have two bean hoppers for different beans and hold 2 (two) milk gallons in their own refrigerated compartment.
